Janice Lindsay/PINK Colour and Design is a remarkable designer. She has an impressive grasp of the effects and qualities of texture and colour as well as considerable creative, technical, improvisational, and sourcing skills.
Janice also has a capable team of trades including contractors, painters, and upholsterers. All were excellent and spoke with respect and admiration for Janice's creative talents and technical skill.
Janice has strong interpersonal skills. Very flexible and intuitive. She actively listens, suggests, advises, coaches, motivates, manages or directs as the client requires or desires.
My husband and I live in an older home. We just thought to upgrade the existing bathroom. Janice opened our eyes to greater possibilities and redesigned the second floor to create and aesthetically pleasing, functional, and modern living space with a much larger and brighter bathroom, integrated clothes cupboards, a laundry cupboard with washer and dryer, brightly lit halls, and a studio where a superfluous kitchen had been-and all in lovely colours.
I needed three heirloom chairs restored and reupholstered. Not wanting to invest the time and effort to gr through a multitude of sample books to find the "perfect" fabric, I went to Janice. She identified my style and colour preferences, then brought fabric samples and books. The process was easy and fun and I am thrilled with the fabulous results.
