Performance Landscaping Snow

Unreliable service all of last winter. Often arrived long after the 12 hour post snowfall contracted amount. After huge snowfall last winter, did not arrive for almost 36 hours--no phone call, no contact to explain. When called, said there was a problem with a crew. Have extended increased their charges to customers by adding additional monthly payments to cover periods when little or no snow--November and April-with no notification of the increased months of payment to be charged.
