We requested several estimates from different roofing companies. Only the Penfolds quote was clear and easy to understand... detailing exactly what would be included - and providing more than one option available to us. The other estimates we received did not clearly indicate what we could expect - leaving it open to cost overruns etc. Our sales rep Jack was extremely helpful - showing us many finished projects near by so we could better see exactly what the roof would look like once completed. The crew that worked on our roof was very professional, and cleaned the site every night before they went home. The effort made to minimize any mess for us and my neighbors was greatly appreciated.
All in all - it was a great experience for us and I would highly recommend Penfolds to every one.
