Yasin did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem with water leakage in the furnace room coming from my air conditioning. He was professionally friendly, efficient, and clean. He explained what he was doing, and adjusted multiple areas to resolve the issue. He told me he loves his job, and it showed in his work. The person (sorry, I dont know her name) who answered the phone when I first called was so helpful, and had me check on a warranty before I proceeded (it turns out I have no warranty a different installer). When I called back to book an appointment, she was again so helpful. Now that I feel confident with Peatsons services, I will be setting up a furnace cleaning with them.
