We purchased a chandelier and pendants from Osso lighting and when they were installed we found that the chandelier was defective. I called and was immediately assured that they would make it right. They ordered a replacement chandelier and it was just installed today. It looks amazing and we would highly recommend Osso Lighting for their selection, advice and above all else their customer service. Couldn't be happier with Osso Lighting.
