our reno was a tricky one. we are the middle house of 5 rowhouses with no access to backyard except thru house. 2 adults, one cild, a dog and an inlaw were living there thru a 3.5 month reno. Oriel was great, arriving the same time every morning, called if there were schedule changes. Reno was extensive, lathe and plaster walls and ceilings torn down, vapour seal, insulation, new drywall, relocating water, venting gas and electrical.
a new windiw was also iunstalled
Oriel was great, cleaning up everyday, tools, debris, vaccuuming and resealing the room. I recommend them to everyone thinking of renovations.
