I was very pleased with the service we received from the Toronto division of Ontario Duct Cleaning.
They were able to set up an appointment time for the next day at 8:30 in the morning, which was amazing since I called after 3:00pm the day prior.
They showed up right on time and were able to adapt to our unique location (row townhouse with no driveway). The entire process took about 2.5 hours. They took the time to explain what would be done, how it would be done, and left very minimal mess afterwards (considering it had rained the night before).
I contacted this company because I saw an episode of CBC's Marketplace regarding fake duct cleaners. One of the most important things Marketplace said was for the company to be registered and in good standing with their national organization, which Ontario Duct Cleaning is. They did everything correctly according to the Marketplace episode, which was a great guideline to know if we were getting proper service or not.
I will be hiring them again in 5 - 7 years time to redo our duct cleaning. They are very friendly, courteous, and work with you to find the best time to perform the work.
