An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My family has seasonal allergies and we were feeling the effects of the poor quality of air circulation in our home. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. The technician, Aiden, arrived promptly and quickly hooked up the vacuum system. He meticulously cleaned every vent in the house.
We were thoroughly impressed with his excellent workmanship in getting the job done effectively and efficiently.
