I did my windows and doors originally in 2001 and I recently had a problem with my door. I contacted the office for service and repair and the following day they came and fixed my door-- no questions asked after 13 years of wear and tear. The service was prompt and the workmanship was top notch. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their current windows and doors--knowing that you will remain a loyal customer in the years to come-- P. Fisher
