The job involved the full replacement and installation of my bedroom window. They gave an accurate date for job to start and followed through on time. The was done professionally, on time and the clean-up was exceptional. The workers were also very friendly. We are very pleased with the quality of work that was done

After talking to the staff at the Home show we decided to book an appointment. The salesman who arrived was very helpful, suggesting many options and solutions that fit our budget. The company kept us informed on the status of our order and then booked the installation for a convenient time and day for us. The installer her did a great job and cleaned up the site perfectly. I knew this was the right company to go with from the start. Installation was completed without any complications. Professional service throughout. Would highly recommend their service and workmanship. The installers even went the extra mile to make sure to minimize dust issues when removing the old windows. Great job.

First, I would like preface this review by saying that I am actually quite happy with the majority of my experience with this company. Our sales rep, David, was great to work with; our installers, Branko and Misha, did a fantastic job and Jean from the scheduling department, is very pleasant to speak with on the phone whenever we had any questions. So thank you!

My dissatisfaction with our experience with Consumer's Choice has to do with the fact that the job is still not yet fully complete. We signed our contract at the beginning of June 2017 and were told we would have to wait around 10 weeks for the windows to be installed. We were finally scheduled to have our windows installed at the end of September 2017. It was a long 4 month wait but at that point in time, we did not mind too much as we understood that the windows needed to be custom-made and there were other orders ahead of us.

The windows and patio door were installed within the estimated time frame at the end of September 2017; however, we are currently still missing our trim for our window in the foyer--it is now mid-February 2018! Our installers have been back since our initial installation date to install the trim; however, the manufacturer has been unable to recreate the curvature of the trim. And this is after we paid a "bending charge" of $800! We have called the company on multiple occasions to ask when our trim would be ready but the response I keep getting is they will look into it and call me back. Needless to say, they have not called back about our trim. I have withheld the final 10% of our balance but that does not seem to motivate them to do anything. I am very frustrated as I would like to see an end to this project and finally be able to move onto installing window coverings.

Replaced 16 windows ( 8 window openings) with ENER-SAVE high efficiency thermal vinyl windows. Obtained 5 quotes and chose Consumer's Choice on the belief their windows were good quality and their claim to expertly install them with their own fully trained and certified "Window Wise" technicians.. We were not disappointed the sales rep was knowledgeable and accurate in stating that installation would be 8-10 weeks from the date of order, the detailed measuring was done by someone very experienced about a week after we ordered and the installation commenced about 10 weeks after the initial order. We were particularly pleased and impressed by Gerry and his installation crew who were professional and efficient in completing the installation despite contending with some weather. So far so good we are very pleased with our new windows , they look great and have made a difference this winter.

We would definitely recommend Consumers Choice. Our sales rep, David Hunter, was very friendly and nice to work with. He gave us good recommendations on window choices and brought windows in our house to show us how they worked and was flexible with our schedules. We had 3 new windows installed in our bedroom and the installer did a great job, and cleaned everything up afterwords. The windows look great, and the draft we were feeling from the old windows is now gone. Based on our experience I would definitely use Consumer's Choice for windows again!

Ordered two news doors in september and it’s middle of January and they have only completed half the job. They have stopped returning my phone calls and it’s the middle of winter. No offer of discount or restitution for mistakes in measurements or delays in production. We are very disappointed and in the meantime freezing in our home. Don’t use these guys.

My bay windows, four decades old, were obsolete and thus unrepairable. Replacing them with Consumer's Choice was a good move for me. Here's why:

1. I got a great discount from the owner, Stan, and his son, David, largley thanks to my being friends with a close member of their family. This was obviously a privilege and I appreciate it.

2. The rapport between myself and all those I interacted with at Consumer's Choice, not just Stan and David, was very good, never with any significant delays, and the professionalism was high. For example, one expert there explained to me over the phone, when I expressed concern about a Winter installation, how cold weather is no problem with the special all-weather materials they use. The installers, Luca and Alex, were especially competent, kind, considerate and friendly.

3. The quality of the windows installed was and remains great. Some of the features I had never seen nor heard of before, like the easy to install or remove window screens, the hideaway smoothly moving rotating handles for opening and closing the glass part of the screen windows, and the triple glaze centre windows filled with argon gas for energy efficiency.

4. I appreciated the high quality of work done by the re-measurer and installers. It was a wonder seeing the expertly applied caulking; it was like watching a master artist work. On top of doing a job for me as if doing it for their own home, Luka and Alex took extra time to put back in place my time-consuming old-fashioned living room drapes, which are bulky, layered, heavy and held up with dozens of hooks and eyes.

The only drawback I feel a bit bothered by was the length of time it took from the day I signed the contract, the 2nd of October, 2017, to the day the windows were installed, the 21st of December, 2017. On the other hand, even though I was told it would be a two day job, Luca and Alex did the installation of two bay windows -- one upstairs and another on the main floor -- all in one day. Installation would have been much more difficult if we had to continue on into the 22nd of December because on that day there was a heavy snowfall. Luca and Alex worked hard, and steadily, with their full concentration on the job in order to avoid that problematic weather.

We had a great experience with Consumers Choice and would highly recommend their service to anyone needing new windows. The installer was friendly and professional, the windows look amazing and they did a great job of tidying up afterwards.

The gentlemen that came in to provide the work did an amazing job. They were very professional and cleaned up very well when the work was done. Quality of windows are amazing:)
Customer service was very helpful and when I had a concern that was minimal they quickly fixed the problem.
