We decided to replace the entire length of our eavestrough (approx 240 ft) and got 5 quotes. We had a particularly difficult job because our house has shifted over time, causing the eavestroughs not to drain properly in our back walkout. Other companies wanted to take the easy route of adding downpipes at the back to solve the issue, but we firmly did not want those added. North Shore was not the lowest price but we chose them because they were the only ones who truly understood our needs. Darren and his team took the time to discuss with us the technical details of the job and we were confident with their expertise. Darren exceeded our expectations, not only did he and his team install a fully functional system without additional downpipes (with t-rex leafguard), but was accommodating, corteous, and went the extra mile to address even our particular and exacting requests to make the job perfect.
