Doug and crew show up on time in the morning and continue working each day until the job is done. Their workmanship is impeccable and the job is done quickly and correctly the first time. They know what they are doing. Of interest to me, is that on occasion they will note things that were originally done incorrectly. These were all pointed out and fixed.
Dougs quotes are reasonable. Of course, things can change before or during the actual work. Any modifications can be discussed and, if they make sense, are incorporated. Communication is not an issue. Any questions are responded to promptly.
All in all, a very positive experience.
