The team led by Keen made us feel confident and comfortable with our choices. Our staircase/railings look fantastic and are exactly how we imagined it to be. Rather than try to hide our stairs we wanted to make them a showcase feature in our home. Your experience in designing customized stairs and your ability to communicate the various design options with us was invaluable.
