We called Mr. Rooter this morning (Saturday) about a noising running toilet. The dispatchers were all professional and efficient. Rick Phillips, a Licensed Plumber, with Mr. Rooter showed up earlier than anticipated. He was professional, respectful, patient, explained things in a friendly way. He also returned the same day when we were concerned about some noise that started in the toilet - a different issue - and he remedied it quickly demonstrating the depth and breadth of his experience.
