Brian MacDonald came and fixed the flapper on the basement toilet. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to give his thoughts on some other things he observed. There was corrosión around the valves of water heater and Brian recommended we call Reliance to get that replaced. He took his time to test the issue he fixed and only left once he had tested everything. Thanks again Brian
