Robert Cassels from Mr Rooter was a pleasure to deal with. A true professional. He was on site exactly when the switchboard/scheduler said he would be and got right to work snaking and clearing my clogged drain. In 20 minutes less time than he said he would need, my drain was right as rain, we had settled up the bill and he was one the way to his next call. I was very impressed.
I hope I don't need him again but if I do, I will be sure to ask for Rob to answer the call.
