Bruce came out to fix our blocked drain. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Our block was quite deep into the line and he was able to snake out the line quickly and was very thorough with ensuring that there were no leaks afterwards. He spent a lot of time explaining what he was doing and was very helpful. It was another good experience with Mr. Rooter and I would highly recommend Bruce and Mr. Rooter.
