We were putting our house on a water meter to avoid paying bulk rates for water. The city normally does this but wouldn't install ours because of the lead pipes serving our house.
I called Mr. Rooter at 3:30 in the afternoon about getting a quote, and they said someone could meet me at home that day at 4:30. Sasha was right on time and gave me a written quote for the work. I accepted and the job was done by 6 p.m. I had a $20 off coupon from their website that was accepted without issue as well.
