Rick is the technician that showed up to do the work needed.
Rick arrived on time and was very open to listening to my concerns. Rick was very knowledgeable and honest with his opinions, but allowed me to make all the decisions based on his thoughts.
Rick was very quick and thorough with his work and cleaned up after himself completely. If I had to recommend a plumbing company I would definitely recommend Mr Rooter. They may be a little more expensive than other contractors, but I think you get what you pay for.
I was so satisfied with their work, I used Rick again for another plumbing problem I was experiencing. If you can get Rick to do your work, I'm sure you will be happy with the results.
