Shower controls seized up and could not turn off the water flowing into the bathtub.
John D. from Mr. Rooter did a very professional job. He had to cut a hole in the drywall from the bedroom behind the shower controls to get at the connection. When he was finished installing the new controls, he even repaired the hole that he had made. I assumed that would be my job!
From my first call to Mr. Rooter until the job was done took about 2 1/2 hours. I had envisioned several days without an upstairs shower.
The whole experience, from talking to the very courteous, professional receptionist on the phone to John D.'s superb work was an example of how a company should handle a customer's emergency plumbing problem!
