In 2001 Mike installed a 47ft. liner because my drain to the street was being invaded and partially blocked by tree roots each year. It required an annual cleanout and even I experienced an occasional flooding of my finished basement.
A liner, rather than replacement of the whole line, also avoided digging.
Because of some back-up during the recent heavy rains, Mike came back to check:
1) the original repair (liner) is great--good as new after 7 years (!)--as seen on his camera.
2) This time I had a different problem, a clogged internal trap, which he quickly fixed.
3) He advised me how to easily clean this trap in the house myself to avoid future problems.

- I'd advise anyone with root problems to get a liner. The money is well spent and your yard will not be a mess from digging access holes
