Hi Moveworks. Thank you for a great move last week. The 3 men were polite, efficient, and careful. We were well packed and everything went very well. The cost was exactly what was guaranteed and we will be recommending Moveworks to our friends.

Just wanted to thank moveworks for the wonderful job they did for me, both with the packing of my items and the moving. The staff were very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to my friends. Thank you again for a job well done.

I've been a customer of Moveworks for years and would appreciate it if Ann would make good on her promise and refund me the money owed for damages from my move in June.

She promised to reimburse me but has been evasive since July when I provided her receipts for damaged items. Considering the claim is less than $300 I am surprised Ann has not dealt with this promptly since I have been a long-time and loyal customer. I am miffed by this and have no choice to rate the company harshly. Too bad. Ann - where are you? Michael (owner) is this the brand and reputation you wish to build for your company?

We were living at my husband's parents place - when we bought our house, we needed to move clothes, furniture, electronics, pictures and valuables from both his place and mine into our new home. At all three locations, the two movers were extremely fast, courteous, and handled our belongings excellently! There was a wardrobe they worked extra hard at getting up the stairs, and made sure not to scratch or damage anything on the way up. Moving is so stressful..I can't imagine having to do all that lifting myself. Their hard work, and at such a value, made our day much more enjoyable...thanks Moveworks!! I've already recommended you to three friends :)

Back in september 2006 I had a house move half to an apartment in BC and half into there storage.

Seemed promising at first until I moved back to Ontario December 2009.

Its starts with lost/misplaced items expensive audiophile speakers then wrong mattress damaged italian leather chair and broken hardware on a nice bedroom set.

Ann T was contacted. Seemed understandable at first I was displeased but she offered compensation. We came to terms and signed a mutual pay back schedule for broken and lost items... this is important to do this with her I'll explain later.

One year later after contacting her for agreed monthly ppayouts as per the contract. She made one payment then made excuse after excuse for non-payment.

I started a small claims suit Janurary 2010 until May 2011 a judge awarded me full compensation plus expenses and interest at 4%.

Now time to collect....

We moved to our first home on March 28, 2011. Moveworks sent Ray and his crew to do our move and we were very pleased. The men were fast, efficient, and courteous. Thank you for a job well done.
