I actually found Modular Home Improvements on the homestars website. They did a gut renovation, coming and putting in a rear addition, two stories plus our basement. It took a whole year to actually get the work started, lots of paper work that wasn’t being handle properly but once everything was sorted out and they started it was amazing. There was lots of follow up in terms of questions that I had. They did a great job, everything was done right on time. They actually told us that everything would be completed by October 1st and we were able to move in September 30th which normally doesn’t happen with reno work. The last week they finished the renovations and the first week we were moving in they were so attentive. Most of the guys were friendly, all of them polite. A great experience.

It shows that we as everyone else can make mistakes but we do use them to learn and improve.Obtaining all the permits requires a lot of paperwork and time and with the number of projects that we handle every month, mistakes happened.
