Consumer beware: Sonya and Melissa will take your money and offer no value. Sonya, the designer for which we paid $5000 upfront, didnt design a single attribute in our home. Did not assist with colour coordination or any design elements. At $200 an hour, we were charged for phone calls with town to obtain survey (which we never received), phone calls with contractor (not sure why they were calling contractor and neither did he know), a change in flooring (i called the flooring company myself to change flooring). Biggest waste of money and time. Ate up our deposit with wasted phone calls then charged us more. We hired them for design input: we received less than nothing.
