Carpet & Rug Cleaning & Repairing review in

Great customer service in the beginning.
The installer left a huge mess of carpet fibres and piles of dirty sand that came from removal of the old carpet.
I had to no choice but to allow our movers to unpack on top of it and spent the week moving furniture around to vaccum.
I can feel metal under the carpet in a few places. I did send an email to Mike and his staff wrote back they would tell him. I'm really surprised he didn't contact me.

Hi Krista,
We apologize for any inconvenience. We did respond back saying we we do our best to not to make a mess with carpet fibres. We clean up after however we do not vacuum. It states that in the contract. Once again we apologize for any inconvenience.
