Pierre Lacombe did a wonderful job for us. We found his comments both accurate and on point. He appreciated the issues at hand and took the time to explain things in a way we could understand. He not only discussed the matters that were more or less self-evident to the trained and experienced home inspector, but also extrapolated on that which was not obvious, to identify likely important issues based on observed facts. He gave us his opinion, and not just a list of observations. I have recommended him to a friend for his home purchase inspection and we would not hesitate to us his services again.
