GH Johnson does have good furniture, however, their customer service is terrible. I had ordered a media bench and was told that it would be ready for pick-up the following week. We went there the next week and it was not available for pick-up. We then asked them to deliver the furniture next week, with the delivery charge waived. I called two days before the scheduled delivery date and they confirmed that it would arrive with the delivery charge waived in two days. However, it was not delivered as scheduled.
I then canceled my order and was told that my credit card would be credited within 2 business days. On the third business day after the cancellation my credit card was not credited for the amount of the furniture. It took another day of me calling to get them to finally credit my card.
