Recently I had phoned in to confirm a purchase of 4 chairs from G H Johnson. I was told that they would be ready for pick-up in 1 week and that they needed my Visa number in order to proceed with purchase. Needless to say after waiting 1 week the chairs were NOT available however they managed to charge me in full for them on my Visa card. After leaving many messages to see what was going on(and no return calls) I finally got in touch with the owner (PAT)and was told that the chairs were not going to be in for at least 2 more months and I could have some loaner chairs while I waited. I was so fed up that I just asked for my money back (which took 2 more weeks to get) and gave up on the chairs. The store has decent product and reasonable prices but the customer service is so bad that it is hardly worth the aggravation of dealing with them.
