House & Apartment Cleaning review in

I hired Merry Maids because it is a fairly well-known name and I figured they would do a good job. I was very disappointed. I needed a whole-house clean and I did not get it. As far as I can tell, they vaccumed and folded the toilet paper end so it looks nice but I don't see that they did anything else.
I have 2 cats so there's plenty of pet hair to be cleaned. There was hair on the lamp shades so those obviously weren't even wiped down. There had been no dusting done at all. It is a very small 2 bedroom house and I can't imagine what I paid almost $200 for. A complete waste of money.
