Rick answered quickly when we were desperate and came on time too. He worked quickly and diligently and got the job done right after we went through a disaster for one month with a different person who couldn't finish our hardwood flooring installation and didn't do it right. Rick was respectful, reasonable and did an excellent job. Thank you Mclaughlin Flooring for the work! We will recommend and use you again if needed.
