Rick was very accommodating and easy to work with. We had hardwood flooring refinished in a new home that we purchased. It was a tight schedule to get the work done but Rick's crew worked over the weekend and even on a holiday to get the job done so that we could move in on time. His crew was very prompt, communicated very well with us regarding the progress of the work and when they would be arriving and leaving the house - they were also helpful steering us toward the perfect colour selection for the refinished floors. They did an incredible job - the floors look absolutely stunning - they actually look brand new! Price was very fair as well.
