Maret's Quality Home Cleaning

Although Dad was doing his best since Mom passed away ... the house required a good cleaning from top to bottom. Through Homestars I contacted Maret ... what a wonderful lady. She is a very professional lady who has immense integrity. Maret showed up on time both for the estimate and to do the job. Jenn and Juliet worked non stop until the job was done. Maret came back at the estimated completion time ... but the work was not yet complete. She continued to demonstrate her deep caring and passion by working with Jenn and Juliet until it met her high standard. When they finally left my Dad's home it sparkled!! Mom would have been very happy. Maret also did not charge for the additional time required to make the house shine. As mentioned in an earlier review, Maret really respects and appreciates her employees ... and it shows in their work. Thank you Maret, Jenn and Juliet for your time and passion. I would recommend Maret and her team to anyone.

Busy hectic life, sick elderly relatives and long work hours left little time to clean. I hesitated to engage a cleaning service as I've always heard the good cleaners are all booked up and those that can take you on are generally no good. I stumbled upon Maret's excellent reviews on homestars.com and thought it sounded too good to be true but would give it a try anyway since I was drowning. Maret came and provided a thorough and professional estimate explaining why it would take the time estimated and telling me she would take the stress away. We made the booking and Maret fit us into a tight schedule in order for us to have a sparkling home for planned pool party. Maret and her team arrived sharp at the promised hour and they professionally set to work. I have never seen such hard workers. I didn't see anyone let up for an instant... they were go, go, go.... Every surface, every baseboard, every blind were all sparkling when the team was done. We have a mirror wall and I can never get it clean and streakfree no matter how much elbow grease I apply. This entire wall shone. (My boys have been warned that they don't want to be the culprits to add the first fingerprints to the mirrors!) I can't say enough about the team, their professionalism and the incredible results. I wish I had done this ages ago! Maret also stood by her estimate. Thanks so much !!!!!

My house had not been lived in for 3 years and had major water damage after a pipe burst. Major renovations took place. Walls and floors needed to be replaced. We also painted every room. Maret and her team were responsible and reliable showing up for an estimate and then the actual job on time. They did an amazing job cleaning and carting away everything from every closet and cupboard. The house is now in move-in condition! Maret is truly a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend her service.

We enquired about a total house cleaning to prep a house in Don Mills for sale and Maret was at the house to provide a quote within 1/2 hour. The estimate was provided immediately. A follow up call to Stephanie was handled efficiently, courteously and professionally. Maret met with us later to review what would be cleaned before the job commenced. Maret and her team were on time for all meetings and appointments ... a good sign of things to come!

I cannot say enough about how hard and well Stephanie and her team worked throughout the day. When I met them at the house, I was greeted by a very friendly and professional Stephanie. She took me around the house and showed me what they had already completed and continually asked if they could do anything else and if I was satisfied. Her three other team members were equally courteous and professional. It was quite evident that all three of the other team members were equally concerned about doing a great job ... and they did do a great job!

Maret met with me at the end of the day to inspect the house to make sure that everything was just as promised. Maret had originally quoted based on an 18 hour job but her team actually worked for 24 hours because of some unexpected extra work which was required to make the job complete and just right. Maret explained what the complication was but said that she would just charge as per the original quote.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maret's Quality Home Cleaning Services. What I received was quality home cleaning, dependability, integrity, honesty and, I think best of all, wonderful people to do the job right the first time.

There was one other point I noticed. Maret actually spent about 1/2 hour after the job was completed to talk to her staff. While I didn't catch everything discussed as I was working inside the house, I did catch enough to know that they discussed the job as well as future jobs which lay ahead. It was obvious that Maret is constantly trying to improve her level of service to customers. I was most impressed with this discussion and review strategy and this bodes well for any/all regular customers as well as potential future customers. My husband and I recently bought our 'dream home', and we were anxiously awaiting to move in with our 2 girls, and soon to be third. However, with some renovations that had taken place, the house became inhabitable and hence I turned to Maret to seek for some help. From day one, she was very professional. She not only responded quickly to my calls, but she was also able to arrange a meeting/estimate very soon after. With our moving date quickly approaching, she was able to gather a crew of 4-5 wonderful ladies on somewhat short notice, that would be capable of this big cleaning task. Although Maret assurred me prior to the job that her crew would be very thorough, I have to admit that I was somewhat hesitate that she would be able to completely satisfy my meticulous nature and my extremely high expectations......but I must say that she definitely followed through! Her crew couldn't have been more hardworking and detailed with their cleaning. They left no place unturned. Despite the job being even bigger than initially anticipated, Maret was very professional in keeping to her original estimate. I couldn't have been more happy and relieved to be able to move into our new home that now appeared to be seemingly 'spotless'. Thanks to Maret and her hardworking crew for a great homewarming gift!!

We moved in to a new home and he previous owners left it quite dirty... Maret came to give us a quote (same day) and we enlisted the help of her cleaners! The job was well done, cleaner was cheerful and on time and the place was well cleaned! Would recommend for sure. :)

Maret's cleaner's cleaned both my home and office for around 2 years. The quality of cleaning staff was fine. I had find a new cleaning service after she yelled at my wife. I gave her the benefit of the doubt after hearing my friend describe a similar scenario with her, but now i really regret giving her my business for all these years.

I would not recommend her company.

Just had two tenants move out of my loft and they were, well, filthy is an understatement. They left the place an absolute disgusting mess: caked on stuff all over the appliances, floors that you wouldn't want to walk on even in socks, pet droppings in the closets (found by one of the cleaners). I didn't even want to touch a countertop! It was a nightmare.
Maret met me at my loft to do the estimate. We did a walkthrough and she explained how long everything would take to clean. I'm an extremely picky cleaner, so when she was telling me that it could take two hours just to clean the fridge, I figured not only was she right, but also that her staff were going to do a top-notch job.
She brought one cleaner, Juliet, with her so that if I agreed to her estimate (which I did) she could get started right away. I knew it was going to be a two-day job. So I give her the keys and she sends me away, telling me to meet her at my loft in two days and she will inspect it with me.
Well, I came back the next day and it was like a completely different place. Maret thought I didn't look happy but I think I was just in a bit of shock. Everything was spotless. It almost looked like I had never had tenants living in there. I ran my finger over every surface, stuck it under and behind every appliance, and found...nothing. Juliet and two other cleaners worked so hard, cleaning everything from ceilings to floors. I will recommend them to any friend or family member of mine who needs a cleaning service....and my family has notoriously high standards of cleanliness. I cannot thank Maret and her staff enough.

I recently used Marets cleaning service and was amazed how detailed and clean our home was. The company used the product called Pink solution and Mothers Choice. In all the years, we have cleaned our own home with great difficulty; Marets came in and cleaned everything in my home with efficiency and amazing results. I highly recommend the amazing people from Marets and the product, must be seen to believe words do not do it justice

Maret's service is excellent and we've been clients now for several years. Meryl cleans our three-storey home weekly and does a thorough job, including dusting, vacuuming, floor washing, running the dishwasher, making beds and leaving everything neat, fresh and tidy. It's always a pleasure to come home after she's been through. When we've had a special request, Maret's has always come through.
