We tried once to hire a cleaning service and the result was disastrous. We started looking recently for someone with a solid reputation. HomeStar users gave Maret’s Cleaning Services raving reviews, and most importantly, from people in our own neighbourhood. We contacted Maret and she came to our home the next evening to assess our needs. She was funny, lively, confident and warm. We trusted her immediately. She sent us Meryl. We leave for work on Thursday and come home to a sparkling, and I mean sparkling home. It smells so clean. It hits you when you walk in. I have never seen wood floors shine like this. I have never imagined our cork floor in the kitchen could even shine (or stay that way for a week). My kitchen sink looks like a mirror. I don’t even want to put a fork in it. Our bathroom is so clean that you could eat off of the surfaces. There is not one piece of garbage and the bags are changed throughout the house. My couch is brought back to life (how does she do that?) It looks so plump! My bed looks like a five star hotel’s and the pillows are puffed up. She organizes inside our cupboards. She lets our dog in and out of the backyard and even cleans her doggy bed and organizes her toys! Meryl’s service has changed our lives. It’s increased our quality of life. Now that it's spring, we even have time to focus on our front and backyard, because the inside of our home is already taken care of. Thank you so much, Maret and Meryl!
