Company is well coordinated and is able to get the job done but needs to be supervised every step of the way. They take short cuts, do not meet deadlines, and kill you on any extras. Dry wall contractor was unsrupulous. I had to complain about his behaviour several times. I was nervous to allow him in the house alone. I felt ripped off when I paid the final bill. The total cost was way over 65K. The cost of extra work was insane. The overall project when finally completed was good. The stress took Five years off my life.

I would like to respond by stating that Marcon Construction Ltd. does not take short cuts. All our jobs are done with a building permit and get inspected at every part of the job by the local building inspector. If there are any deficiencies they are dealt with before we can proceed to the next stage of the project.
All of our trades are licensed professionals that specialize at what they do. When customers request additional work, we provide a price which is fair based on qualified trades to carry out the work. We compare our prices with other contractors to ensure that we are in line. Professional trades deserve to be paid accordingly.
We have worked with the same drywall-er for years and his workmanship is second-to-none. We have had next to no complaints about his work or professionalism. It is unfortunate that you seem to have had a personality conflict with him.
