Deep cleaning

NOT GOOD and NOT HONEST

I had an appointment for a deep clean. I was VERY unhappy and unsatisfied with the work that was done.
I called the manager JC and explained to her the situation. Not only did she not help resolve my issues but she asked for a lot more money so they can stay and fix the issues...

Here are SOME of the main things I noticed:
- dead spiders and spider webs as well as black mold left by all windows (that were supposedly cleaned! Which part was?!).
- the master shower was untouched (I rubbed my finger on the wall and dirt came out on my finger)
- the ladies didn't mop the washrooms or behind any door in the second floor.
- the main floor carpet which was supposedly vaccumed had crumps and other pieces on it.
- they did not wash the floors by hand (despite my request given the need and the fact that this is what was written in their pamphlet and email).
- the basement was even untouched!
- moreover, one of the ladies left a big puddle of water outside one of the bathrooms and it actually damaged the hardwood in that area!!

- although they were 3 ladies in a practically empty home (2400 sq ft max) they couldn't get the basic work done in over 3 hours!
And I worked with them personally too; (I vaccummed the second floor and all the stairs for them.) I also had to re-wash by hand all the main floor ceramic due to the poor quality of work the ladies did.

Their written guarantee is NOT TRUE: "if for any reason, you feel that our work was unsatisfactory within the time allocated Maid day will redo all the work completed by our within 48 hours of your scheduled cleaning date." NO THEY WONT!!!
They will avoid your calls and not return your emails at all cost!!

Besides that, they are unprofessional, rude and raised their voice (despite how polite you talk!!)
DO NOT HIRE MAID DAY!!
