Replaced foggy double glazed windows and windows where black strip above opening had sagged.

Company owner was very generous in replacing the windows where the seal had sagged. Did not charge at all. Worker who came out to replace foggy windows was rather disorganized. Replacement windows were very slow to arrive after ordering due to mistake in order.
