We had a significant leak in our main shut-off tap in the basement. We called at 8:00am Monday morning & had plumber "Mike" arrive just before 10:00am the same day. He was friendly, polite & courteous & very professional. He completed the repair efficiently & promptly. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

The guys were on time. Did the work. Friendly but not chit-chatty. Cleaned up completely so I didn't have to do anything. Billed me what they quoted. The toilet and faucets themselves are excellent quality. I'm a happy guy.

Corey, accompanied by apprentice Matt, replaced a toilet and eliminated the water hammer in my home. The house is a bit of a Pandora's box - everything replacement/repair/renovation has yield a plethora of unforeseen issues. Corey and Matt were very thorough, friendly, clean, and polite. They took the time to explain the route cause of the water hammer and remedy the situation (other "handy men" had failed to do so). I believe the cost was worth the quality product and service.

This is an exceptional Full Service Plumbing Company. Extremely pleased with the professionalism I received from everyone at this company. I had a supply line to the sink that broke off in the powder room and Lodder was able to see me the same day. They even called me with a friendly update to advise when the Service Technician was 20 minutes away. Great service from Corey Ross and his apprentice Matt, who were able to quickly repair the broken pipe and took the time to explain how the pipe failed and explain the difference in the pipe the removed and the pipe they replaced it with.

Will recommend them to everyone. Fast, friendly & reasonably priced.

I called Lodder Brothers on a Wednesday and received service the following day at the exact time they had given me. Corey Ross was our Plumber. He was knowledgable, kind, curteous and cleaned up after he was done our plumbing job. I thought the price was fair. Very satisfied with Lodder Brothers and would recommend to friends and family.

I had my kitchen tap fixed for a leak. The first two visits were done at no cost but as a courtesy. I had to get the tap replaced by the company who manufactured the product due to defects and had Lodder Brothers reinstall it for the above fee. Jon was my technician for all calls and he was amazing! I would recommended this company for their professionalism and workmanship as they are above standard.

Really impressed. Scott MacDonald was the technician who came out. Polite, friendly, and efficient.

He took the time to educate me on what the potential problems could be and different options for a fix. Arrived early in the time window and in and out much faster than expected.

Would definitely recommend Lodder Brothers to anyone looking for a good local plumber and Scott's service in particular was top notch.

Discovered the basement shower faucet was not stopping water when it was shutoff. Water was still leaking from the shower head. I found this plumber on HomeStars, read some reviews and called them. They had to open a hole behind the shower wall to replace it. It was pricey but if you don't know what you are doing, and you are busy, leave it to the professional.

Quick, polite, knowledgeable, and clear and consistent with quoting (Have a pricing book). I have used them for two jobs. They show up when they say they will. Their office staff is polite and friendly. They have all been very professional. They are able to come in quickly and get the job done on the spot.

They seem a bit on the pricey side, but I don't mind that trade off for the quick and courteous service.

I will also be renting a water heater from this company after terrible service from Reliance.
