I was pleased that Lodder Brothers was able to provide same-day service. Jason arrived as scheduled and after checking my sump pump explained the problem to me. He clearly set out my options to repair or replace and the costs involved. He also explained the warranty on the pump. I based my decision to replace the pump on his very knowledgeable information.
