Recently discovered that your installer failed to insulate,calk and cap outside awning windows. Customer service dreadful and show little interest in a remedy--appointment not kept-possible internal wall damage resulted--GREAT WORK.
All problems have been rectified by Dan, a skilled tradesman. Part of my frustration was because we had different appointment dates and a wasted a day for a no-show. I thing all job completions should be signed off by a supervisor so that an unfinished job is not discovered for months because of 12 ft access--senior customer.
