Leo's service was awesome, installed our bathroom sink, test it, and gave advice. More important is they wear protection boot before entering in my place without massing up my place. Excellent service and work!!

The owner would not take any of my calls to deal with the problems and would not return my calls. When I finally got him (call display block) he had every excuse, even said my name brand toilets were cheap quality. All I asked for was that someone adjust a poorly installed toilet tank and to replace a seat bolt that broke because it was installed without the included washers. I had 2 American Standard toilets installed. 2 men came: one installed the toilet incorrectly. I bought 2 complete toilets but when they presented me with the bill they told me that they used their own "better" seals instead of the new ones that were in the box and replaced the feed lines. This added to my cost. They didn't ask first and took all the old parts and new unused wax seals to their truck before giving me the bill. Not only that, the tall man damaged my tile grout with some sort of grease. When they were gone I found that he had also taken an unlined wastepaper basket that I moved into the shower stall - out of the way and he dumped sludge into it and just put it back where he found it. Bad experience, zero customer service.

After installing tank it worked for a few days as it was improperly installed according to factory rep .They would not repair or replace and my office had no hot water for 3 months.I had to contact customer service at John Wood in Toronto before they sent another company to repair. They said that in haste air had been left in the tank and there was air around the heating element. Shoddy work and poor service.

Senior Plumber would not talk to me, a women and kept grunting 'no problem'. He sent Big Young guy who made the hole in the middle of the floor, (not where chalk mark ID toilet and then said "buy a smaller vanity' until by husband came home and clarified he'd have to make another hole. Included corner shower cost double the cost of regular shower even though he said it was all included and was his suggestion. All in all not a professional experience.
Called to have bathtub faucet removed (needed huge wrench) and he charged $125 even tho he is 1.5 blocks away and took 5 minutes. When I said too much, he said all calls are 1 hour, so I had him change bathroom/kitchen washers!

Leo's plumbing, replaced all pipes in the house. Wonderful, quick, friendly, service. I was very happy with the outcome. Now I have wonderful running water in all my rooms and never have to worry about my pipes again!
