They never follow up, you have to chase them. Kept on the phone for some time (on purpose) before the person you are calling for picks up. Are improperly updated about the update of product. They will tell you for months that they placed the order and are waiting for it. Then tell you "oh we are in process of ordering." Tell you the product is ordered and expected in x number of weeks. When you call to follow up, advised that the product is discontinued. This is NOT a game. They need some proper education and training on proper customer service.
