New Penny Lane Town Home - Stoney Creek

Six Months has passed and yet the issues still continue to linger. I've made many, upon many attempts to contact this Builder with no progress, they simply ignore customer's who are vocal that have valid claims due to their poor quality work. A Recap of the issues, The Grout on the outside of the Tiles on the Foyer have all come off, Unfinished Paint on the Wood siding of the Stairs, Unfinished Drywall that needs to be Sanded and Painted, Windows/Sliding Doors all missing Screens (Safety Issue as the Kids can climb out of the Window if left open), Pipes Freeze in Fall/Winter, Piece of Metal Wire is sticking out from the Oak-Stairs), Sloppy Job done on the Pipes in the Powder Room, En-Suite Door Frame is Crockett, Shower Rod Support Handles completely broken, (Was mentioned on the PDI to the Inspector) and it fell last month, Baseboards are Scratched and exposed Screw in Laundry Room, Bedroom Door Stoppers are not aligned with the Door, so the Door hits the Drywall and not the Door Stopper, Sloppy Paint Job through Out the Home many areas missed. Recently my Neighbour and I just learned that Landmart is planning to install a Garbage Pad outside of our Homes and yet no where on the Purchase Agreement Form or any conversation did their Sales Team even mention this. The Original Paperwork provided clearly stated "Green Spaces", nothing about Garbage Pad. Be aware, and ensure your properly (especially a Corner Unit does not house a Garbage Pad and ensure it says a "Green Space" as the value of the Home will significantly drop as who wants to have a Garbage Pad on their property. Seems they failed to disclose this Information. Stay away from this Builder as a First time buyer, they made this process a horrible nightmare. I should have gone with Mattamy Homes or someone better! I am now speaking with my Lawyer along with other neighbours affected by this. Thank you.

Approximate cost of services:
$300,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Improve it's Communication Skills with it's Customers. Without it's Customers, the Organization would cease to exist.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
If all aspect of trying to reach the Builder in a reasonable way have failed, then the only alternative choice is to pursue legal action if they fail to address the issues.
