Lampert Renovations

Not every contractor is the same. I had to redo tile work in the bathroom done by a contractor I engaged a year ago and could not find him. I called Lampert and got to speak to Lawrence. He came over looked at the damage and suggested to install acrylic liner on the walls around the tub, especially that it is a rental property and the one sheet wall will eliminate future damages. we schedule an appointment for the following day. Karol did a good job installing the wall. There was a small issue with the water control, Lawrence was back as soon as I called and repaired the issue. It was not their fault as the faucet was old and should have been replaced. They repaired the old faucet without complains. The wall around the tub looks good and the tenants are happy. I will use Lampert in the future with out hesitation. Thank you Lawrence and Karol

We hired Lampert Renovations to completely gut and renovate our master en suite bathroom. It was the second time we had used Lampert; the first being 12 years ago in a previous home. The first renovation went so well that it was a given we would use them for our current renovation. It was estimated the renovation would take three weeks. Instead, all was done in 2.5 weeks! Its not too often a reno is done in less time than expected! The quality of the work is impeccable. The two gentlemen working on our bathroom were highly competent, very respectful of our house (so tidy - I constantly heard the shop-vac going!) and pleasant to have around. A couple of surprises were encountered, which is to be expected in a house as old as ours. The surprises were just dealt with; no hassles, no complaints. They made everything right and moved on. It was a stress-free experience and we ended up with a beautiful bathroom.

Seven years after doing a renovation to 3 of our bathrooms, one of the cabinets came loose from the wall. Despite the time since the reno the company sent one of their carpenters to re-install the cabinet, and at the same time reinforce the matching cabinet to be sure there would be no further problem. We are very happy with the result, and with the service.

We were generally happy with Lampert. Ihor, the guy who did most of the work in the shower was especially excellent and meticulous. The only criticism we might have is that we felt slightly pressured to pick a particular showerhead. But overall we are happy.

My wife and I decided it was time to redo our master bathroom. We discussed the project with Lawrence and enjoyed listening to his recommendations based on his experiences. We took our time deciding on what to do as we wanted to make sure we thought of every little detail and didn't want to leave anything that we might want out. After deciding on our scope, we picked all of our finishes at Lawrence's showroom. This was convenient having both the labour and supplies in one place. We enjoyed the selection options available to us. Once the project started, the tear down went smooth and the crew did a wonderful job cleaning up each day. The main installer did an excellent job and was open to answering my questions as the project went along. The project finished on time and we are very pleased and satisfied with the result. We have had numerous compliments from our friends/family who have now seen the finished project and my father who is a very detailed person when it comes to workmanship quality had very nice comments as well. We trust Lampert's after this experience and we will be inviting back Lawrence to take a look at our power room and kids bathroom in the near future.

We wanted to renovate our upstairs bathroom that had not been touched for at least 20 years; this would involve completely gutting the room down to the studs and starting afresh. Lawrence was very helpful in providing advice to make a design that would fit our budget. The demolition was carried out by a subcontractor that Lawrence was using for the first time. They were very quick and left the house tidy at the end of the day; however, they caused some collateral damage that Lawrence’s crew subsequently repaired very well. Ihor’s work was very high quality, everything was kept neat and tidy and the work finished on time. Despite being verbally assured that there would be no extra costs, we were in fact charged some extra. Overall, we are very pleased with the end result.

We hired Lampert Renovations to remove our tub and convert to a fully tiled walk in shower with glass enclosure. We also removed our vanity top, sink and mirror. We live in a condo building with specific rules for contractors.
Lampert arrived on the date that was given and completed the work in the exact time span that was estimated. The tradesmen were well prepared to move their tools and materials and complete the work in the Condo.
The demolition was done in only one day. The construction, plumbing, tiling and final completion were performed in a very timely and neat manner. The finished product shows true professional workmanship.
It was a pleasure to have a contractor that does the job as promised and on budget.
We would highly recommend Lampert and would hire them again without hesitation.

This is our second full bathroom renovation and remodel with Lampert Renovations and once again you hit the mark!! your team, attention to detail, quality and professional service were fantastic. We really appreciate that you treat our home the way we would during a reno. the removal of the tub to a full shower, new flooring, cabinet, countertop and plumbing look fantastic. We appreciate Lamperts quick and efficient follow up for some "maintenance" work needed in our basement bathroom. Looks like new again! We would use them again as we do for all our plumbing needs.

This was my first full renovation so naturally I was a bit nervous. I felt more at ease dealing with Lampert Renovations since they are a one-stop shop from consultation, to procurement and all the way through to renovation.
The process from start to finish was very professional. Quoted price is fixed with no additional costs added on after work began. The work was done on consecutive days with an effort to minimize delays which was important to me as I wanted to have my kitchen up and functional as soon as possible. As a bonus, my front entrance and closet next to my kitchen was also tiled as part of the renovation.
I also appreciated the follow-up and quality inspection done during and after the renovation.
