We recently bought a home that had a very dated bathroom that we wanted renovated from top to bottom and after some online research came across Lampert. We visited with them a number of times and got honest, practical advice and were able to choose all products in a one stop shop. I had pictures of bathrooms that I wanted to replicate and their selection had everything we wanted. We wanted the bathroom done as soon as we took possession of the home and Lawrence made that happen. It was a fabulous seamless renovation and we couldn't be happier with the final result. 2 thumbs up!

I recently had my main bathroom in a 50-year-old bungalow renovated by Lampert. From start to finish, I was very impressed and extremely pleased. Lawrence came to the house to give me a quote and he arrived on time. He took all measurements and gave me a quote on the spot. I then went to his showroom where I was able to choose absolutely everything that would be needed. The one-stop-shop was a huge plus as I didn't have to go running around all over the city.
The contractor, Henry, was absolutely fantastic. He arrived every morning by 8 a.m. and worked very hard. He could do everything! He was very pleasant and always left the house clean at the end of the day. I felt very comfortable just giving him the house key. He let himself in and out whenever I wasn't around. His workmanship was second to none! He consulted me every step of the way to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it.
The job was completed on time and Lawrence came to the house again to take pictures and to give me the warranty. A 2-year warranty on a renovation is almost unheard of these days. One of the things that really impressed me was that when the job was finished, there were no additional costs. The amount paid was the amount quoted! This is not what I had experienced when working with other contractors!

We recently had our main bathroom completely renovated by Lampert Renovations. This was the original bathroom, approximately 40 years old. We worked with Lauren in choosing all finishes from their showroom, which was a wonderful way to do things. We were first time renovators and having everything in one place made the process very easy. There was a good selection of options. We spent considerable time on the colour components: countertop, vanity, floor, and tiles. In terms of plumbing components, we were shown "what we usually install". Not that we're disappointed with any of the choices but in hindsight it would have been nice to have taken more time considering all options. That being said, Lauren did sell the virtues of the handheld shower and we're really happy we went with that choice as it wasn't something we had actually considered.

The actual work on the project was all delivered within the timelines provided. Ihor and Junior were great. They were on time, respectful of our home and cleared everything each day. Ihor, in particular, spent extra attention on several areas of concern to me such as the state of the remaining walls, changing door hinges and hardware, and ensuring proper placement of the new light fixture (which we had to provide). They did a great job of smoothing out the walls. Ihor even painted the door and trim white when I stated I would prefer that rather than same as the walls as we had been told by Lauren.

We did have a couple of post-installation issues. Several days after the completion of the job, I discovered a few chipped tiles in the shower. Ihor came and assessed the situation. One tile was replaced but the others were quite small so it was determined that replacement was not the best option. Shortly after that we noticed a section of silicone had yellowed. It was quickly removed and replaced by Ihor. These issues were addressed quickly: however, it is disappointing that after finally getting our bathroom renovated we have to settle for tiles with small chips in them.

Overall, the bathroom is lovely. Everyone at Lampert was easy to work with. We would consider them for future work and would recommend them to others.

We hired Lampert Renovations to remodel our 40 plus year old main upstairs bathroom and they did a great job! Lawrence Lampert had estimated that the job would take two weeks from start to finish and they were right on time. In fact they finished one day early. The entire project was simple. It helped that we were able to choose everything at their showroom. They had an extensive selection of plumbing fixtures, sinks, tubs and toilets, as well as floor and wall tiles, cabinets and paints so we didn’t have to run around shopping. The only piece missing was a light fixture.
Lampert’s professional staff, Ihor and Junior, worked meticulously and efficiently. They were on time everyday and consulted with us every step of the way. They were clean, neat and respectful of our space and pleasant to have around. They used drop-sheets to cover all our floors, protecting the rest of the house. And they did a thorough clean-up at the end of every day. The electrician and roofer who they brought in for specialized work were also very careful and neat.
We did run into one minor problem but the crew handled that without delay and without any extra stress or fuss for us. After we showered in our ensuite the morning after the old main bathroom had been stripped, we found water dripping through the ceiling into our main-floor powder room. Apparently, the drain pipe from both the second floor bathrooms was plugged and it had to be snaked out and cleared before they could continue the renovation. I called Lawrence about the problem and he called in Lampert’s plumbing division. They came immediately. They looked after the problem and the renovation continued without delay.
Lamperts had installed an acrylic shower stall in our ensuite bathroom eight years ago during an earlier renovation when they were only a minor sub-contractor in a larger project. When he came to do the estimate for the main bathroom Lawrence looked at the ensuite as well. He said that they would remove and replace the old caulking around the shower while they were doing the job. He also offered to replace the existing noisy ceiling fan with a quieter, more efficient unit. He told us that they would repaint that ceiling as well. The fan was added to our cost but it works so much better clearing the moisture from the room and is so quiet we can hardly hear it. Now even the ensuite looks and feels better. We really appreciate the customer service and follow-up even that long after the original work, and for work they, Lamperts, had not even done the first time. Lawrence said he wanted us to be happy and we certainly are.
We are very pleased with the outcome of our beautiful renovated main upstairs bathroom. This was the easiest and least stressful renovation we have ever undertaken.

We picked out all materials at the showroom (one stop shopping). The job was started and completed on schedule. Some unexpected costs came up but were clearly outlined and did not change the timetable of the renovation.

We wanted a complete update of our only full bathroom - a small 1970s bathroom in a century-old Toronto row house - but did not want to move any walls. Lawrence was very helpful working with an initial redesign of the very small space and we were able to find all the fixtures and plumbing in his showroom - one stop shopping! The colour of the bath liner is perfect with the floor tile and is completely non-slip. The renovation work itself went very smoothly, and was complete (other than the custom shower glass) in 2 weeks and 2 days. Henry the onsite foreman was excellent, and did a wonderful job of installing the decorative wall tile we had purchased elsewhere. Lawrence and Henry dealt with surprises in the process including a discovery that our former ceiling fan did not vent to the outside, and a live wire inside one of the walls, in very efficient and effective ways, and both communicated with us very clearly throughout. We are enjoying the new bathroom and found the process much easier than we expected, thanks to Lampert Bathroom Renovations.

I needed a bath tub removed and walk in shower installed before I moved into my condo. I needed it installed within 3 weeks of when I first contacted them. Not only did they install the shower before I moved in but one week before I moved in. Carl was very friendly and worked very hard to complete the job asap. He cleaned up completely when he was finished and we are thrilled with the new shower. Carl also noticed the shut off valve was leaking and Lawrence sent Michael (an excellent plumber) to fix the leak. Michael was very helpful and got the leak fixed quickly. We hired Lampert Renovations to remodel our ensuite bathroom, and found the experience to be easy and efficient. We appreciated the convenience of a company that provided a complete package, including providing all of the fixtures/materials, construction, plumbing and electrical work. The showroom provided us with a variety of choices in one visit, which did not require any travelling around to different suppliers. The crew that performed the work were continuously on site, and did not go to other jobs, which meant the renovation period did not drag on for a long period of time. The work performed was done well, and the results are amazing.
