Alexander Gershkovich did a great job. He lifted himself up from a hanging rod to show me how strong the construction was when I asked him how strong it was, and after the job was finished, happily returned to add some shelves to a closet when I changed my mind about what I wanted. Overall, working with him was a very positive experience.

ALEX lifted himself up on a hanging rod? Wow, the construction really IS strong!!! :) Jeff, I thank you for your feedback - it's always great to hear from our customers. Despite us being able to show our customers in 3D exactly what we're going to build, often our customers discover that once they move their clothes into the new closet they have way more hanging space than they need, and sometimes we'll convert it to more shelving. Our designers know minds can change, and so can customers' needs over time, so we will often build sections in such a way as to easily allow the conversion from one type of storage to another. I am very glad to hear Alex was able to accommodate your changes.
