We've long researched what type of insulation we should use in our renovation and it seems like every contractor and every online search led us to spray foam. We understood that it was superior in almost every aspect but that we shouldn't even consider it unless we were bringing in a reputable company that has the manpower and experience to execute the work. Everything had to be timed correctly, the electricians work, the carpenters work, the insulators and so on. We were anxious at first but Jake walked us through the process and took the burden on himself. He made sure to keep in contact with us to ensure the timetable was intact and was even kind enough to push back his crew on short notice when the contractor couldn't finish in time. The insulation work itself was AAA but the customer service and execution was above and beyond anything we could have expected.
