We had our our knob and tube replaced and service upgraded. Kiya suggested safety solutions I hadn't considered. He was thorough, well planned (worked logically for the least amount of disruption), and reassuringly reliable (started the job and finished it without interruption). I felt completely comfortable with Kiya and his team. They made a job that I'd been dreading seem almost simple.

- I was told that I didn't need to move my stuff but I'm glad I did. Although the team covered everything (furnature, beds) in plastic, it made my inevitable plaster dust cleanup easier.
