I contacted Kiya because they were well reviewed. The gentleman called me back promptly and we scheduled an appointment for the following day. He arrived on time which was excellent. My dissatification was around the price he charged me. It arrears my issue was around the fact that I blow the "arc breaker". I was not able to locate the breaker (it wasn't only the breaker panel) as it was a new home. The guy was at my house for 15 mins and charged me $280 which was a complete sticker shock. I even inquired to the price prior to him starting but he would not give me a direct answer. I generally would have no problem but I found this to be unreasonable to show me where to switch a breaker. I would probley not use him again because he will likely overcharge again.

Dear Roxane,as I remember it, you called 2-3 electricians who could not identify your problem and then you called me. I located your problem. I have been an electrician for 33 years. You did not pay for my time, you paid for my expertise.
