When we came upon your company’s website with the year-after-year Consumer’s Choice awards and after a showroom visit with you, we were confident we had found the right company for our next kitchen renovation.

From the design iterations, the wood, the panel and the color selections, we were always treated as your most important client. More importantly, throughout the journey, you site visits and communication manners continued to confirm we made the right choice. You were always onsite for all the critical moments and for other activities, we could always expect a call at the right time. An availability call before delivery, a call the day of delivery for verification and a call the next day ensuring the package was removed is just an example.

Lastly, your installers, business partners and suppliers are top craftsmen. Everything was taken care of professionally, with the highest attention to detail and incredibly on time. When the kitchen was complete, your commitment to client satisfaction, your creative design and your professional installation team far exceeded our expectations. So much so, that our kitchen has become our room for entertaining, and my wife’s brother has become your most recent client. We look forward to seeing you bring his incredible kitchen to life.

With a tight timeline, John Jr. from Kithen Designers Plus provided us with a fabulous plan, which included a realistic 3D rendering so we could really see the end result before the job even started. The layout of the kitchen is perfect for us, and his attentiveness to design details made all the difference. He also connected us with a fantastic contractor, Marcello Nalli, who was outstanding and really went the extra mile for us at all levels, which we really appreciated. The end result is fantastic, and we are really happy with everything.

I had heard of the horrors of renovation and had decided that I would rather buy a new home (and kitchen) rather than let any contractors in. When I mentioned this to a friend, she recommended kitchen designers plus (and Pat Noodle - Pat the perfect, as I call her now).

John and Pat came in and gave me a plethora of ideas on what could be done to make my kitchen the most efficient and elegant kitchen I could imagine. With children running around and a large family with diverse needs, their suggestions were invaluable. Once the project rolled out, Pat was the commander in chief and handled the dozens of moving parts with precision and grace. So much so that we went on a family vacation halfway into the project and came back 3 weeks later to a completed kitchen. IF there is a way to do it, thats the way!

My husband and I were planning an extensive renovation and were somewhat overwhelmed with all the choices we had to make -- bathrooms, kitchen,lighting and flooring just to name a few. Pat and her team were extremely helpful when it cam to make the right decisions -- materials, layout, design and the overall appearance were taken into consideration. Pat was very much engaged in each step, including installation and we really came to count on her expertise and professionalism. Rob and I recently purchased a 90 year old home in Toronto, which we have completely renovated. The biggest, most important component of our renovation without a doubt was our kitchen and bathroom. Prior to even consulting Pat Noddle, as any renovation goes, we were already under a tremendous amount of stress with all the unexpected "surprises." Pat was not only compassionate and professional in every meeting with her, but we felt that her many years of experience in this industry allowed her to have empathy for the stress we were under. Pat's consultative nature and professionalism, blended with her tremendous expertise and detail-oriented skill set, has given Rob and I a kitchen and bathroom above and beyond all expectations. Rob and I are of the philosophy that "if you're going to do something, do it right or don't do it at all." With that mindset comes many layers of pickiness and perfectionism, and we were both surprised that Pat's eye for detail and customization exceeded even our own vision. Our kitchen is gorgeous, efficient, and maximally functional. Working with a tricky space was no problem for Pat. I must also commend our installer Johnny for an exceptional job with installation--working with a 90 year old brings it's fair share of challenges, and between Pat and Johnny, we could not have asked for a better team to make our dreams a reality. In fact, I would go so far as to call Pat and Johnny miracle workers.

Robert and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Pat on a job well done. Pat made the whole process of our kitchen renovation painless and anxiety free and even kept a smile when I made numerous changes to our plans. We have the "wow" factor that we wanted and Robert is so happy with the new drawer for all our Tupperware; no more searching for missing lids on our hands and knees. If we ever do another kitchen renovation again in the future, Pat will definitely be the one we will call.

Our kitchen experience with Kitchen Designers Plus was excellent. After a disappointing start with another kitchen design company, the professionalism shown by KDP designer Pat Noddle was a huge relief. Pat was communicative, concise and wonderfully easy to work with. Our installer Johnny was great as well -- tidy, conscientious and pleasant to have onsite. We ended up realizing our hopes of a warm and inviting family space that most people feel compelled to compliment us on! Our kitchen renovation was part of a complete house renovation and surprisingly, it was the smoothest and most pleasurable part of the whole experience. Our hats are off to Pat and Johnny for making that big taks as easy as it could possibly be.

We can't emphasize enough how absolutely THRILLED we are with Uli and her team at KDP. At the outset, Uli worked very hard to make our kitchen renovation possible - she made sure that all of the functional things we wanted were included, preparing several drawings initially, and then worked with us to make it financially possible - she even took it upon herself to contact Habitat for Humanity and email them pictures to see if our existing kitchen would qualify for a donation. Uli's team worked right on schedule with military precision - everything was done as planned, right down to the day of the week it was scheduled for. Everybody that worked on the kitchen did a superb job! Johnny did an outstanding job installing the cabinetry including his creating the special corner cabinet for the ovens and the precision with which he cut the mouldings is something to admire. Everyone that has seen the new kichen has commented on his beautiful workmanship. Also, Junior did a great job dealing with the challenges of working with a finished basement to install new taps and drains - in the end, with the help of Ralston's great patchwork, we can't even tell that anything was altered. Junior was also very kind to work late one evening to replace the pipe for the ice maker on the new freezer that wasn't working properly. We were also very impressed with how carefully everyone worked - we did not replace the existing flooring, but nothing was damaged, not even a scratch. Finally, Uli and her team took care to deal with the whole project - where things arose that weren't anticipated, they were handled - for example we changed our venting and Les removed the old unnecssary vent and then repaired the brick wall on our deck; and Uli has given me suggestions re new furniture to compliment the new kitchen. Overall, the professionalism with wich Uli and her team at KDP did this project is to be commended and we would happily refer anyone considering a renovation to them!

My husband and I finally decided it was time to invest in a nice kitchen and leave behind the builder kitchen I had in Brampton and definitely get rid of the vinyl wrap faux brown kitchen in our new home. With this project we had to remove load bearing walls, install beams, convert aluminum wiring to copper and much much more. I am a real estate agent so I see alot of kitchens and for the most part that are not well designed and functional - even when they are brand new and I run into countless people who say with pride "I designed my own kitchen". I am often left thinking who designed this mess?? I am extremely picky and felt that only an outstanding designer would satisfy me. Pat Noddle is an exceptional designer. She sat down with us with no expectations and we told her what we would like and then she guided us through issues/obstacles we may have on the way with installation/workability/functionality of a kitchen we use more than any other room in the house. Bottom line is she made us think about things that we would have never considered and her mammoth experience absolutely shines. We have our dream kitchen and I have since recommended her to many others and every single person has only praise when they are done. This doesnt even mention the partners she brings with the same level of perfectionism and expertise in installation and granite, etc. Pat Noddle is an outstanding kitchen designer.

When we were finally ready to tackle the renovation of our 25 year old kitchen, we contacted the professionals at Kitchen Designers Plus in North York. We were extremely pleased with all the assistance provided by our design consultant Deloris, from the initial meeting and throughout the project ensuring our complete satisfaction. When we combine this with the co-ordination supervised by Joe and the skilled contractors, it has resulted in a most enjoyable renovation experience.
