Bottom line is this person was so incompetent it took them 40 minutes just to get the freezer door off and the problems escalated from there. End result, he tried to charge me double his $90 quote (guaranteed by his internet ad that the quote won't increase once he starts the job) and with all his incompetence pushed the fridge back only to damage my slate floor, damage the new kitchen cabinet surrounding it (all of which I could live with) and to dent my stainless steel fridge with the wire rack from the freezer which he banged multiple times (while he left the fridge alarm going for about 15 minutes??). Tried to call directly to resolve which was met with unbelievable expletives then issued a complaint to the Better Business Bureau which he failed to respond to. He has the worst customer rating you can have ("F") with the BBB. I sure wish I knew about this website before I opened the phone book - everyday I go to the fridge and the first thing I see is the damage he did and I feel like crying. I know its only an appliance but I would like to make sure he isn't so careless with anyone else.

My husband and I finally decided it was time to invest in a nice kitchen and leave behind the builder kitchen I had in Brampton and definitely get rid of the vinyl wrap faux brown kitchen in our new home. With this project we had to remove load bearing walls, install beams, convert aluminum wiring to copper and much much more. I am a real estate agent so I see alot of kitchens and for the most part that are not well designed and functional - even when they are brand new and I run into countless people who say with pride "I designed my own kitchen". I am often left thinking who designed this mess?? I am extremely picky and felt that only an outstanding designer would satisfy me. Pat Noddle is an exceptional designer. She sat down with us with no expectations and we told her what we would like and then she guided us through issues/obstacles we may have on the way with installation/workability/functionality of a kitchen we use more than any other room in the house. Bottom line is she made us think about things that we would have never considered and her mammoth experience absolutely shines. We have our dream kitchen and I have since recommended her to many others and every single person has only praise when they are done. This doesnt even mention the partners she brings with the same level of perfectionism and expertise in installation and granite, etc. Pat Noddle is an outstanding kitchen designer.
